Our recruiters conduct a chronological review of the applicant's education and experience, establish their personality type, work habits, reliability, and integrity
Skills Test Assessment
The applicant's participation is crucial in determining their level of competencies with computers, internet navigation, Microsoft Office software, word processing, data entry, mathematics, reasoning, problem solving
- MS Office Suite comprised of: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
- WordPerfect Suite comprised of: WordPerfect, Quattro, Presentation;
- French Language Testing.
Verification of Employment and Background Check
- References are checked to verify work experience and work performance.
- Criminal background checks and Government security clearances are performed.
